The FDA will offer generally positive but also highly mixed advice to the FDA's Cardiovascular and Renal Drugs Advisory Committee when it meets on Wednesday to consider the supplemental new drug application for rivaroxaban (Xarelto, Johnson & Johnson) for use in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) already taking dual antiplatelet therapy. SEGA and Gearbox have announced the release date for Aliens: Colonial Marines. It?s not great news, soldiers. Human-on-xenomorph action won?t commence until February 12, 2013 for the XBox, PS3, and PC, while the Wii U's release date is still TBD. Carlos Slim's America Movil Details Errors In OECD Report On High Telecom Prices, Requests Its Withdrawal
America Movil is striking back at a report issued by the OECD earlier this year that claimed the telecom giant?s Mexican wireless phone unit charged excessively high prices. The report stated that high telecom prices in Mexico cost consumers there $26 billion a year in opportunity cost. In a call with reporters Monday, America Movil Chief Financial Officer Carlos Garcia-Moreno said the company has requested the OECD to withdraw the report because it contains erroneous data. ?We have been able to confirm that the report was based on erroneous data,? Garcia-Moreno said on the call.

Early Reviews of 'Dragon's Dogma' Show New Capcom RPG Off To A Shaky Start
Capcom's Dragon's Dogma is off to a poor start in the reviews. The general consensus, so far as I can tell, is that the game is ambitious but poorly executed. It's sparse story has left some reviewers confused and unsatisfied. Still, from what I can grasp, the combat sounds hard, the game avoids quick time events, and although it doesn't look stunning in terms of visuals, the reviews so far haven't turned me off to the title.
